What is a “collection”?
A collection is a group of data of the same type. Examples: “Clients” (people), “Products” (items for sale), “Vehicles” (car stock). Each CSV you import creates a collection.
What is a “record”?
A record is an entry within a collection — a row in your CSV. Example: “María García” is a record in your “Clients” collection.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can switch between Free and Pro at any time from the extension.
Does the Free plan have a time limit?
No. The Free plan is permanent. Use 2 collections and 10 records with no time limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards. We’re working on adding more options.
Are there discounts for students or NGOs?
Write to us at hola@getpapeleo.com and we’ll work something out.
What does support include?
- Free: Email support (response within 48 business hours)
- Pro: Priority email support (response within 24 business hours)
Can I create a collection per product, vehicle or child?
Yes. Collections are completely flexible. Import a CSV of clients, another of products, another of vehicles — each one is a separate collection.
I’m an expat, will it work for me?
Yes. Create a collection with your personal data and use it for census registration, NIE, bank account opening, Social Security and any other paperwork.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no penalty. You’ll keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account reverts to Free. Your data and collections are preserved — extra records are archived (not deleted).
