If Papeleo doesn’t save you time, we’ll give you every cent back.
You can request a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of purchase of your Pro subscription, no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hola@getpapeleo.com with:
- The email address associated with your subscription
- The reason for the refund (optional — it helps us improve, but it’s not required)
We will process your request within 2 business days.
Refund timeline
Once the refund is approved, Paddle (our payment processor) will issue the refund. The amount will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
Conditions by plan type
Monthly plan
- Within the first 30 days: full refund of the last monthly payment.
- After 30 days: no refunds, but you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plan
- Within the first 30 days: full refund of the annual payment.
- After 30 days: prorated refund for the unused months of the annual period.
Free plan
The Free plan is free forever. No payment or refund required.
